Warranty Clause
Scope of Warranty. Binari Suite warrants that the SEO Compliance Assessment deliverables (the “Deliverables”) will be produced in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and in material conformance with the scope and methodology set out in the Statement of Work.

Warranty Period. The warranty period is ninety (90) days from the date Client accepts the final Deliverables (the “Warranty Period”).

Remedy. If, during the Warranty Period, Client notifies Binari Suite in writing of a material non-conformity in the Deliverables and provides reasonable evidence of the same, Binari Suite will: (a) investigate the claim; and (b) where Binari Suite determines the claim is valid, remediate such non-conformity at no additional charge by (i) providing up to forty (40) hours of remediation work, or (ii) issuing a fee credit equal to twenty percent (20%) of the project fee, whichever is less. This remedy is the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty.

If Client fails to implement recommendations or withholds required access, the warranty is void with respect to the disputed items.

Binari Suite expressly does not warrant specific rankings, traffic volumes, revenue outcomes, or placement in search results.

Client Obligations
A.1 Full data access: direct access to GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager, server logs and other agreed trackers (post-NDA), or if access is not provided, timely exports and support per agreed SLAs.
A.2 Shared dashboard: working from a single shared project dashboard / tracker with Binari Suite.
B. Keyword influence: Binari Suite allowed input on at least 50% of the target keyword set for the assessment period.
C. Dev/Product escalation: appointment of a single executive-level PIC (Product Manager or equivalent) empowered to escalate and prioritize dev work.
D. Timely cooperation: responsiveness from Client’s data/SEO/dev teams within agreed timelines required to validate and implement remediation.

Clarifications & Contact. If any part of this warranty is unclear or you require further information, please contact Binari Suite at business@binari.co.id . All requests for clarification should be submitted in writing; Binari Suite will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Requests for clarification do not modify or extend the warranty terms unless agreed in writing by both parties.
