Warranty Clause
Client Obligations
A.1 Full data access: direct access to GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Tag Manager, server logs and other agreed trackers (post-NDA), or if access is not provided, timely exports and support per agreed SLAs.
A.2 Shared dashboard: working from a single shared project dashboard / tracker with Binari Suite.
B. Keyword influence: Binari Suite allowed input on at least 50% of the target keyword set for the assessment period.
C. Dev/Product escalation: appointment of a single executive-level PIC (Product Manager or equivalent) empowered to escalate and prioritize dev work.
D. Timely cooperation: responsiveness from Client’s data/SEO/dev teams within agreed timelines required to validate and implement remediation.
Clarifications & Contact. If any part of this warranty is unclear or you require further information, please contact Binari Suite at business@binari.co.id . All requests for clarification should be submitted in writing; Binari Suite will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Requests for clarification do not modify or extend the warranty terms unless agreed in writing by both parties.
